We love what we do and we put it out there with a great deal of care and passion.

As a team, we’ve been designing, building and decorating hotels and vacation homes for over 20 years. From Verana in the jungle to Far Meadow in the High Sierras, we have built travel experiences from the ground up and welcomed guests from around the world.

Now we’re building the new modern hospitality experience and a community of like-minded, design-loving homeowners and travelers

How We Work

BoutiqueHomes is a currated website.

The BoutiqueHomes Partnership is reserved for owners who wish to list their  homes as vacation rentals: We work on a commission for all confirmed bookings. Our team will prepare your listing with no setup fee.

Our Vetting Process

Our property acquisition team will review your property with Heinz and Veronique, and if your property is a good fit for our collection, you will be approached by one of our Community Managers who will walk you through the process of getting your listing published on BoutiqueHomes.

How Do You Promote My Property?

New homes get featured throughout the BoutiqueHomes digital touch-points. This includes sharing your property to our Instagram and Facebook communities, featuring it on our weekly newsletter and also getting it placed on media outlets like Dwell and Dezeen.

Do You Provide Instant Booking?

At BoutiqueHomes we want you to have the ability to vet the people who will be staying in your home so we don’t offer instant bookings. However, if you maintain an updated calendar and detailed pricing, we can provide the traveler with an instant quote.
